What is Pennsylvania Reading?
Ever since Seattle asked its residents to read the same book in the spring of 1997, the idea of a county reading and talking about the same book has flourished. Currently, there are six counties in Pennsylvania—and nearly 400 communities in the United States—that are participating in this event— Allegheny, Centre, Lancaster, Lehigh, Philadelphia and York.
