Abstract:
Artist and fiction writer Barbara Chase-Riboud was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in fine arts. A jack-of-all-trades, she took piano and ballet as a child, found a voice in sculpture, and later adopted poetry and fiction. Read more here.
